Just 240 jars exist, taken in May. Eduard's bees working a Pick Your Own farm at Iver in Buckinghamshire — and you can taste exactly where they've been.
Eduard has been keeping bees for over ten years, with hives across several sites in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. He builds every hive and piece of equipment himself — he's a carpenter in the winter months. His wife helps run the business while he's out with the bees, and I always leave their place with a warm feeling and more bee news than I can keep up with.
