We despatch using Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service
- We will despatch orders placed Mon-thurs within 48 hours of ordering (often within the day - let us know in the notes section if it's needed by a certain date and we'll do our best to make it work)
- Orders placed Fri-Sun will be posted on Monday
International (5-10 Working Day) - Price at Checkout
- International postage is painfully expensive at the moment and there are also issues with taxes needed to be paid by EU recipients. However we're keen to keep sending and spreading the honey love! So place your order and we'll do our best to get it to you - we'll keep you posted and be in touch if there are any stumbling blocks at our end.
- We can not deliver honey to Australia due to their import restrictions
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can sort it out and make it right. It's rare for our honey jars to break in transit as we pack them tightly in hay, but it does happen so let us know and we'll sort it out for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
I'm afraid we can't take back honey if its been opened and the tamper proof seal broken
