We despatch using Royal Mail's 1st class post
- We will despatch orders placed Mon-thurs within 48 hours of ordering (often within the day - let us know in the notes section if it's needed by a certain date and we'll do our best to make it work)
- Orders placed Fri-Sun will be posted on Monday
International (5-10 Working Day) - Price at Checkout
- International postage is painfully expensive at the moment and there are also issues with taxes needed to be paid by EU recipients. However we're keen to keep sending and spreading the honey love! So place your order and we'll do our best to get it to you - we'll keep you posted and be in touch if there are any stumbling blocks at our end.
- We can not deliver honey to Australia due to their import restrictions
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To receive a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
