Subscription & Club FAQ's

Our honey subscriptions are perfect for those who enjoy discovering honeys straight from small scale British beekeepers delivered straight to their door. Here's how it works:

  • Limited edition British honeys from small scale beekeepers straight to your door
  • Size of jars: 224g / 8oz
  • Delivery: Every 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 months, you choose
  • Number of jars each delivery: 1, 2, 3 or 4 you choose
  • Free postage and attractively packed in UK sourced cardboard box and Yorkshire hay
  • You'll get an email after each delivery to tell you more about your honeys and the beekeepers behind them.

Every 50 new subscribers that join our Club, means we can support one more small scale British beekeeper and bring you their limited edition honeys straight from the hive too.

Our honey subscriptions are recurring payments, taken from your account at intervals set by you.

You can choose how many jars, and how often you'd like deliveries.

Alternatively you can sign up to our Honey Club . You can join for 3, 6 or 12 months and we will send you honey every month. Joining is a one off payment so makes a popular gift!

Of course you can!

Our honey club subscriptions are popular gifts - especially for the hard to buy for!

At checkout you can 'add notes' this is the perfect place to tell us any specific details:

- Should delivery be held until nearer their birthday or only sent at Christmas?

- Any message you'd like us to write out on one of our gift tags for them

We're always happy to help so don't be shy in asking if things are possible!

This is usually because you've not yet set up your own account. Its easy to do, and not done automatically when you start your subscription. You have to actively 'ask' for one.

Here's what to do: click here CREATE ACCOUNT and then enter your name and the same email address you signed up to the subscription with. That's it! The system will now match and recognise you via your email. Now you'll be able to manage your account.

If you're still having problems contact us and we'll work it out together :)

We despatch our subscriptions weekly on the Thursday after your payment’s been made. So honey will be arriving in time to sweeten your weekend breakfast!

For Gift subscriptions we send out the first honeys when you order, and then subsequent deliveries go out in the first week of every other month.

We send all the honeys by 2nd class post so give it time, and if it still hasn't arrived let us know. We can check if it's out for delivery yet, and will always resend if honeys go astray.

Yes! If you're off on holiday for awhile or just need a break then go in to your account and hit pause, or let us know and we'll pause it for you.

A top tip before you do pause it though - one of our subscribers squirrels away the odd jar or box and uses them as gifts.

We don't heat or fine filter our honeys so they do set in the jar. This is them crystallising and a natural process, as the glucose knits around the pollen grains. In fact I always think it's a good sign as it means the honey is intact.

The way a honey tastes, its texture, colour and how quickly it crystallises is all determined by the nectars that it's made up of. It's because there are so many different nectars, and in different quantities in each honey, that makes them unique and impossible to replicate.

If you'd like your honey to be runny then you can warm it and that will bring it back to its runny state - I just mix mine in!

Don't worry! Please email or phone and I'm sure between us we'll be able to sort it out. Me and the beekeepers appreciate you too much to let things go wrong for you.

You can email using the contact form at the bottom of the page, or phone Emily on 07971 453330.
