Chris has 3 hives in his garden, set in wonderfully lush countryside, with tree canopies and wild flower verges lining the country roads.  His bees are next to his vegetable garden and the surrounding trees, hedgerows and fields. 

I came home two honeys that Chris took off his bees - including this one taken after the borage crop had flowered. Borage honey is a very light, gentle sweet honey and I came away with just enough to fill 55 jars!
