We'll be sending you a honey from Matthew and bees he keeps on fields around his family's farm near Tamworth, Staffordshire.
This honey is pale with a grain to it, making it perfect for spreading on toast as it won't run far! it has a lovely warm, rich and long lasting flavour note to it. People love it, as it reminds them of how honey used to taste when they were little!

You'll also have this honey from the bees that Sue keeps in a back garden in Dulwich, a leafy London suburb.
This honey has an amazing flavour; it's almost luxurious! The texture is thick, soothing, treacle-y (if that's a word!). It has a warm caramelly flavour, which lasts for ages and makes your mouth water. It's not overly sweet tough, there's an almost menthol end note to it.
