Honey from bees kept in a rural garden, High Easter, Essex (Sept)

This honey has a medium strength flavour profile. It's not so sweet, more vegetal and smoky and long lasting.  It's just one of 55 jars that Chris took from his bees in September.  

If you like your honey to:

Chris has 3 hives in his garden, set in wonderfully lush countryside, with tree canopies and wild flower verges lining the country roads.  His bees are next to his vegetable garden and the surrounding trees, hedgerows and fields.
