It comes from the 3 hives in Jim's back garden which is a woodland wonderland bordering on Cotgrave Country Park. The park used to be the site of Cotgrave Colliery and is now 30 years on 200 acres of landscaped grassland, woodland, lakes and wetland areas.

Jim loves being outdoors and in nature but working in IT his job is desk bound. So it's not a surprise that he spends his weekends in the garden and tending to his bees!
