This honey has a stronger flavour note to it, It's still delicate but so heady and floral, like walking into a florist shop! The end note is long lasting and like violets.

This honey comes from bees that Ian & Liz keep in their garden in a tiny rural village called Little Fransham in Norfolk. The garden has been (and still is) a massive retirement project and with their love of gardening and plants having bees felt like a natural step.
The bees are tucked away, protected by high hedges and in the less of wonderful old oak trees planted just after the Battle of Trafalgar in the early 1800's.
