Creamy caramel, smooth and traditional. The honey that reminds you why you loved honey in the first place.
Pale, shiny and gently wonderful. This is classic honey character done properly — wonderful by the spoonful, exceptional on toast, and the sort of thing you find yourself returning to again and again. Some people call it nostalgic. We call it extraordinary.
360 jars made. June. Bees with the run of Arundel Castle's grounds.
Kaz's bees here forage across the fields, hedgerows, tree avenues and gardens surrounding Arundel Castle — one of the most visited and best-loved historic estates in the South East. The castle grounds alone offer an extraordinary range for foraging bees, and the surrounding landscape adds to it further.
Kaz came to beekeeping via engineering and years spent working with beekeepers across the UK and New Zealand. She now runs over 50 hives across Sussex — each apiary chosen with the care and precision that defines everything she does. Watching her work, you see how much she loves her bees and being with them.
