Just 256 jars were produced from the bees Eduard keeps in woodlands, Cookham in Berkshire.
Eduard has been keeping bees for over ten years, with hives across several sites in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. He builds every hive and piece of equipment himself — he's a carpenter in the winter months. It's a family concern and I can't believe Eduard's son who I first met as a schoolboy is now working with him - time flies!
