Jim has 3 hives in his back garden which is a woodland wonderland bordering on Cotgrave Country Park. The park used to be the site of Cotgrave Colliery and is now 30 years on 200 acres of landscaped grassland, woodland, lakes and wetland areas.

I came home with a honey Jim took off last May, and just enough to fill 115 jars. I loved it when I tasted it - vanilla and an orange zesty end note.
