There are just 300 jars of this honey which is light and traditional with a wonderful fruity long end note to it resulting from all the different flowers the bees visited in the gardens and neighbouring water meadows and woodlands.
It's a totally pure, raw honey, just spun from the bees that Mark keeps in his garden in Ramsbury, a village in Wiltshire UK. Mark's been keeping bees at the bottom of his garden for about 12 years now. His working life was technical and so he's taken a really detailed approach to the notes he keeps about his bees, recording how each hive is doing so he can get an early warning of any problems with the colony and compare them from year to year. I need to become more organised with mine as it makes for interesting reading (to a beekeeper!).
We include the story of the beekeeper and send the honey packed in hay grown in fields near us. All our packaging is plastic-free, recyclable and UK made.
