Raw honey is pure honey, straight from the bees that Neil keeps on a farm in Northamptonshire, UK in the lee of Honey Hill. I loved meeting Neil and talking bees, he's been keeping them man and boy and all the money he raises from selling his honey goes to Nelsons Journey, a children's bereavement charity. We are thrilled to be selling this completely raw honey: untouched by human hands and with a naturally fresh creamy flavour note to it.
