This honey is from a beekeeper called Keith Lomax and bees he keeps at Burnham-on-Crouch. on the Essex coast. Burnham is an old fishing town, once famous for oysters and smugglers.  Keith was born and bought up in Burnham and moved back home after retiring from work in London.  He found a local group and took up beekeeping 3 years ago.  This honey contains lucerne nectar, a crop grown for horse bedding, mixed with the gardens around the hive.  It has a caramel and vanilla taste.
