Hive & Keeper is a member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, We both believe that by working as a collective we can improve the food on our plate which in turn will have a positive, measurable impact on the wider food system.

Our British honeys are specific to a single apiary and harvest and each one speaks of its place and provenance.  We and our beekeepers take huge pride in our honey. having it used by chefs who appreciate its flavours, provenance and natural quality makes us very happy!

Email (emily@hiveandkeeper.com) or phone (07971 453330) to discuss honey and up to date availability.

The honey is absolutely delicious!!!

Nature's flavours...

Our honeys are classified by their main natural flavour notes (caramel, fruity, floral, nutty, spicy and fresh) so there’s always a honey to compliment any menu – and if we run out of one, then they’ll be another with a similar flavour profile to move on to.

Working with 30 beekeeepers and growing...

We have an active network of small scale beekeepers and are replenishing stocks throughout the year so don’t worry, running out of honey isn’t a problem – choosing which one to use could be though!

Sustainability is important

We only source from British beekeepers we visit as it's important that we know they're good custodians of their bees and our environment. The success of their business is important too: we support as many small scale beekeepers as we can to give them the security to allow them to continue in the face of fierce competition from cheaper imports.
